Tyler Winkler

Tampa, Florida

Hey, I'm Tyler Winkler. Here's what I do.

I run Winkz Designs and Winkz Enterprises out of Tampa, and I work with Clarity HCM to help automate their processes. Two businesses, one operator. Have a look around. I would love to connect and talk more about what I do.

Two businesses, one operator

One builds software for other people. One sells product online. Both keep me close to how a business actually makes money.

Website & AI Build Outs

Winkz Designs

Most businesses are renting their software. Every month there is another subscription for a tool that almost fits. I build custom software you own outright, shaped around the way your business actually runs, so you can change it whenever you need to.

  • Custom software you own, with no monthly seat fees
  • Built around your process, and editable when it changes
  • Websites built by hand, fast and mobile first

Ecommerce

Winkz Enterprises

My ecommerce business. We push product through Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces, handling the sourcing, buying, listing and shipping that sits behind all of it.

  • Selling across Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces
  • Wholesale sourcing and buying
  • A free program teaching the whole system

Learn how I actually run my Amazon FBA business on five hours a week

I run an Amazon wholesale business on about five hours a week, and I have never packed a shipment myself. The whole system is written down: what to delegate first, what to hand to AI, and who to hire to run the rest. I give it away rather than sell it.

  • The delegation map, so you know what leaves your desk first
  • The SOP library and prompt kit behind the daily loop
  • The VA hiring kit, with scorecards and job posts

No cost and no card. Takes about a minute.

A single month from my own Amazon account. Results are not typical and this is not a promise of what you will earn.

Check out our AI consulting work

I work with Clarity HCM to help automate their processes. We go into the workflow a team actually uses, find the repetitive work nobody enjoys, and build tooling that takes it off their plate.

  • Building AI assisted tools around the existing workflow
  • Custom software for KPIs, metrics and automating outbound sales
  • Internal dashboards that put the numbers in one place

How working together goes

No drawn out discovery phase. I would rather show you something real, early.

1

We talk

A short call or a few messages. You tell me what's slow, broken or missing.

2

You see something real

A build, a mockup, a working prototype, not a forty page proposal document.

3

It ships and it's yours

Live, handed over, and simple enough that you can run it without me.

Where I'm based

Tampa, Florida

I work with clients across Florida and remote, but everything runs out of Tampa. It's where I studied and where I started both businesses, and being here means I can sit down with people face to face when it matters.
